March 10 (Meeting in Castle Rock Library East Room)
First meeting of the year with DVD introduction to National NAWGS Board; Water Gardening 101 PowerPoint presentation; short discussion about spring start-up and fish issues.
 
April 14 (Meeting in Castle Rock Library East Room)
Fun and useful "add-ons" for your pond--planter pockets, second waterfalls, bog wetlands, using decorative pots in the water, spitting frogs, sculptures, garden art, and other exciting new products.
 
May 12 (Meeting in Castle Rock Library East Room)
Landscaping around Your Pond and outdoor lighting—both in the yard and pond.
 
June 9 (Meet at Water's Edge in Black Forest)
Field trip to Water's Edge; buying trip, floating islands, dividing plants, plants that do well in our climate, those that are invasive, to pot or not to pot.
 
July 13 (Meet at home of ? to start progressive picnic and view ponds on a Sunday afternoon)
Progressive picnic to view all members' ponds. Hand out map to 64th and McIntyre pond location and Enery Water Gardens shop for members to do on their own or during Water Blossom Festival on 27th.
 
July 26 & 27 Water Blossom Festival at DBG including tours on Sunday.
 
August 11 (Meeting in Castle Rock Library East Room)
Guest speaker Betty Rentz on spawning fish; member plant swap (POP tickets for raffle.)
 
September 8 (Meeting in Castle Rock Library East Room)
Fall shut-down and winterization; salting; feeding fish; use of water treatment products.
 
October 13 (Reserve room at Pegasus on the Plum Restaurant)
Dinner social;
Q&A and General Discussion;
Election for board members for next year
